- One does not required to come over to Singapore, to register a Singapore trademark, all can be done virtually with us
- Submit all documentations to the bank for approval (Depends on the bank requirement)
- Submit an image mark
- Upon payment, Application submission to IPOS Government
- Trademark registry run on a “first-come, first –serve” basis
- Legal Comprehensive Searches & Approval by IPOS
- The sample of the trademark will be conducted for similarity trademark search.
- Time length: 4 months.
- IPOS publishes marks
- The trademark will be published in the gazette.

- Upon no objection, IPOS issuance of trademark certificate
Any opposition during publication period or re-issue of examination report will require additional time by the IPOS.
Remarks
- Provided with 2 free registration searches in which an additional charge would apply to the 3rd registration searches.
- The trademark registration fee only cover 1 type of trademark classification.
- Additional classification would incur additional charges per classes; government fee charges additional classification of goods and services.
- Renewal registration shall be applied before the expiration date in order to avoid any “Late Renewal Penalties and Surcharge”
